Ingredients
  • Boneless chicken - 1/2 Kg
  • Chilli powder - 2 spoons
  • Pepper powder - 1 spoon
  • Salt - for taste
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 spoon
  • Food color(red) - a pinch]
  • Curd - 1 spoon
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 1 1/2 spoon
  • Lime juice - 1/2 spoon
  • soy sauce - 1 spoon
  • coconut oil - 2 tbsp.
Methods
  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with chilli powder,pepper powder,salt,tumeric powder,food color,curd,Ginger Garlic paste,soy sauce&lime juice.
  2. Marinate atleast 2 hrs.
  3. Heat the coconut oil and add the chicken pieces and little water to cook and close it till the chicken is done.
  4. Finally add curry leaves and serve hot.
  5. Serve as an Appetizer or side dish with rice or briyani.
