| Ingredients |
- Fish - 1 lb(clean the fish with crystal salt or table salt)
- Tamarind - 2 oz
- chillies red - 8
- cumin seeds - 2 spoons
- small onions - 15
- Tomato - 1 big
- turmeric powder - 1/2 sp
- curry leaves
- sesame oil(gingelly oil)
- Salt - to taste

| Methods |
- Slightly roast red chillies and cumin seeds.
- Make it as a paste in a mixer along with half tomato and small onions.
- soak Tamarind &filter the juice.
- Use tamarind pods instead of tamarind paste ,the taste will be better.
- Mix 2 cups of tamarind juice and grinded masala.
- Heat the oil in the kadai add curry leaves pour the mixed tamarind water add turmeric powder and salt .
- Boil till the raw flavour goes off appx 10 mins.
- Then add cleaned fish pieces then slow sim the fire.close it with lid for 6 mins.
- Make sure the oil is separated.
- For Egg gravy

- when this gravy is boiling add 3 or 4 eggs (boiled eggs or raw).sim the fire and boil for 5 mins.
- Serve with rice ,dosa or chappathi.
