| Ingredients |
- Boiled Egg - 4
- Onion (big)- 1
- Tomato (big) - 1
- Green chillies - 3
- Coriander powder - 1 spoon
- Ginger-Garlic paste - 1 spoon
- Garam masala - 1/2 spoon
- salt - to taste
- Water

| Methods |
- Make the paste of onion,Ginger-Garlic paste,and green chillies.
- Heat the oil and fry the onions and tomatoes.
- And add the paste in the pan and fry well till oil separates.
- Add boiled eggs and stir.
- Finally sprinkle the Garam masala powder.
- Mix well for 5 min.
- Finally add coriander leaves and serve hot with chappathi or roti or naan.
