| Ingredients |
- Boneless chicken - 1/2 Kg
- Chilli powder - 2 spoons
- Pepper powder - 1 spoon
- Salt - for taste
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 spoon
- Food color(red) - a pinch]
- Curd - 1 spoon
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1 1/2 spoon
- Lime juice - 1/2 spoon
- soy sauce - 1 spoon
- coconut oil - 2 tbsp.

| Methods |
- Marinate the chicken pieces with chilli powder,pepper powder,salt,tumeric powder,food color,curd,Ginger Garlic paste,soy sauce&lime juice.
- Marinate atleast 2 hrs.
- Heat the coconut oil and add the chicken pieces and little water to cook and close it till the chicken is done.
- Finally add curry leaves and serve hot.
- Serve as an Appetizer or side dish with rice or briyani.
