Ingredients
  • Mutton - 1/2 kg
  • Coconut milk - 3 cups
  • cashewnut - 6
  • curry leaves - few
  • Ginger - 1 inch
  • Garlic - 6 pieces
  • Coriander seeds - 1/4 spoon
  • fennel seeds - few
  • khus khus - 1/2 tsp
  • tomato - 1
  • cloves - 3
  • cardamom - 3
  • cinnamon - few pieces
  • Green chillies - 5
  • onion(big) - 4
  • oil
  • salt (to taste)
Methods
  1. Grind cashewnut,Ginger,Garlic,Coriander seeds,fennel seeds,khus khus,cloves,cardamom,cinnamon,green chillies.make it as a paste.
  2. Heat the oil in the pressure cooker and add all the spices together.fry for few seconds.
  3. Add onion,when onion is cooked add tomato and fry well.
  4. Add Curry leaves,and ground masala.
  5. Fry well till oil separtes&add mutton or lamb and mix well for few seconds.
  6. Add tumeric powder(optional)&salt to taste.
  7. Finally add coconut milk and water in it.
  8. Adjust the high flame for 10 minutes&low flame for 10 minutes.
  9. Add lime juice(optional)&Garnish with Coriander leaves.
  10. Serve hot with Chappathi.
