| Ingredients |
- Mutton - 1/2 kg
- Coconut milk - 3 cups
- cashewnut - 6
- curry leaves - few
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Garlic - 6 pieces
- Coriander seeds - 1/4 spoon
- fennel seeds - few
- khus khus - 1/2 tsp
- tomato - 1
- cloves - 3
- cardamom - 3
- cinnamon - few pieces
- Green chillies - 5
- onion(big) - 4
- oil
- salt (to taste)

| Methods |
- Grind cashewnut,Ginger,Garlic,Coriander seeds,fennel seeds,khus khus,cloves,cardamom,cinnamon,green chillies.make it as a paste.
- Heat the oil in the pressure cooker and add all the spices together.fry for few seconds.
- Add onion,when onion is cooked add tomato and fry well.
- Add Curry leaves,and ground masala.
- Fry well till oil separtes&add mutton or lamb and mix well for few seconds.
- Add tumeric powder(optional)&salt to taste.
- Finally add coconut milk and water in it.
- Adjust the high flame for 10 minutes&low flame for 10 minutes.
- Add lime juice(optional)&Garnish with Coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with Chappathi.
