Ingredients
  • Chick pea-2cups(dry)
  • Red onions-2 (finely chopped)
  • Channa masala-2tsp
  • Chat masala-1/4tsp
  • Punjab chole masala-1tsp
  • Pepper-1 dash
  • Chunky chat-to sprinkle
  • Bhel puri mix-1 packet/16ounce
  • Pani puri-10(crushed)
  • Tamarind sweet sauce-1 cup
  • Coriander leaves-2cup(finely chopped)
  • Lemon juice-1tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil
  • Water
Methods
  1. Soak chickpea for longer more than 4hrs and pressure cook soft.Drain well without water and set aside.
  2. Heat kadai 2tbsp oil add chopped onion saute till transparent.
  3. Add the cooked chickpeas,channa masala,chat masala,punjab chole masala,mix well till chick pea is well coated with all masala.
  4. Add salt,pepper,lemon juice and sprinkle water and mix up for 2 minutes and remove from fire.
  5. Let it cool down,then add bhel puri mix,crushed puri,finely chopped onion & coriander leaves.Mix up well and add sweet chutney.
  6. Serve chat with evening tea or coffee.
