| Ingredients |
- Chick pea-2cups(dry)
- Red onions-2 (finely chopped)
- Channa masala-2tsp
- Chat masala-1/4tsp
- Punjab chole masala-1tsp
- Pepper-1 dash
- Chunky chat-to sprinkle
- Bhel puri mix-1 packet/16ounce
- Pani puri-10(crushed)
- Tamarind sweet sauce-1 cup
- Coriander leaves-2cup(finely chopped)
- Lemon juice-1tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil
- Water

| Methods |
- Soak chickpea for longer more than 4hrs and pressure cook soft.Drain well without water and set aside.
- Heat kadai 2tbsp oil add chopped onion saute till transparent.
- Add the cooked chickpeas,channa masala,chat masala,punjab chole masala,mix well till chick pea is well coated with all masala.
- Add salt,pepper,lemon juice and sprinkle water and mix up for 2 minutes and remove from fire.
- Let it cool down,then add bhel puri mix,crushed puri,finely chopped onion & coriander leaves.Mix up well and add sweet chutney.
- Serve chat with evening tea or coffee.
