| Ingredients |
- Channa dhal-2cup
- Green chilli-4(finely chopped)
- Onion-1 medium(finely chopped)
- Jeera -1tsp
- Asafoetida-4 pinch
- Coriander leaves-1/4 cup
- Salt to taste

| Methods |
- Soak channa dhal for 30 minutes and grind to coarsely.
- Add green chilli,jeera,onion,coriander leaves,asafoetida salt.
- Make a flat round of the mixture and deep fry.
- Serve hot with chutney/sauce.
