Ingredients
  • Urad dhal-2cups
  • Pepper-1/4 cup
  • Jeera-1/4 tsp
  • Asafoetida-4 pinch
  • Salt to taste
Methods
  1. Soak urad dhal and grind it into a thick paste.
  2. Add crushed pepper,jeera,asafoetida salt.
  3. Make a small flat round and finger hole in the middle,deep fry it in hot oil.
  4. Serve hot with chutney.
