| Ingredients |
- Wheat flour 1 1/2 cups
- Wheat flour 1 1/2 cups roasted in 1/2 cup ghee
- Roasted coriander powder one tsp
- Roasted zeera poweder one tsp
- Red chilli powder 4 tsps
- Turmeric powder one tsp
- Salt 1 1/2 tsp
- Water for keading
- Oil for deep frying

| Methods |
- Mix all the ingredients and knead them into a hard dough with just enough water
- Divide into portions
- Roll each portion to form a small puri
- Poke each puri with a fork so that it doesn't puff up while frying
- Deep dry till crisp
