Ingredients
  • Wheat flour 1 1/2 cups
  • Wheat flour 1 1/2 cups roasted in 1/2 cup ghee
  • Roasted coriander powder one tsp
  • Roasted zeera poweder one tsp
  • Red chilli powder 4 tsps
  • Turmeric powder one tsp
  • Salt 1 1/2 tsp
  • Water for keading
  • Oil for deep frying
Methods
  1. Mix all the ingredients and knead them into a hard dough with just enough water
  2. Divide into portions
  3. Roll each portion to form a small puri
  4. Poke each puri with a fork so that it doesn't puff up while frying
  5. Deep dry till crisp
