Ingredients
  • Grind to powder
  • Coconut-1/2 cup(dry roast it tawa)
  • Cardamon-1 nos
  • Cinnamon-1 stick
  • Poppy seed-1 tsp
  • Red chilli-2
  • (Roast it with little oil)
  • For seasonning
  • Mustard-1tsp
  • Jeera-1/4tsp
  • curry leaves-10
  • Asafoetida-2 pinch
  • Rice
  • Onion-1 small
  • Eggplant-2cups(cut cubed)
  • Dhania powder-2tsp
  • Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
  • Coriander leaves-1/2 cup
  • Oil -3tbsp
  • Salt to taste
Methods
  1. Heat the kadai with oil,season it with mustard,jeera,curry leaves and asafoetida.
  2. Saute onion and eggplant till soft.
  3. Then add the ground masala,dhania powder.turmeric and salt.
  4. Cook rice with right amount water.(1cup rice=1 1/2 water)
  5. and them down.
  6. Finally,add the cooked rice and mix well.
  7. Garnish with corinaderleaves.
