| Ingredients |
- Rice-2cups(uncooked)
- Cumin-1tsp
- Bayleaves-1 or 2
- Cinnamon-1 stick
- Onion-1/2 cup(finely chopped
- Garlic-3(finely chopped)
- Sweet peas-2cups
- Dhania powder-1tsp
- Garam masala-1tsp
- Coriander leaves-1/2 cup
- oil & ghee-2tbsp
- Salt to taste

| Methods |
- Cook rice with right amount of water.(1cup rice=1 1/2 cup water)
- Cool down the rice and heat the pan with oil and ghee season it with cumin,bayleaves,cinnamon,onion,garlic,
- sweet peas,dhania powder,garam masala and salt.
- Finally add rice and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve pulao with spicy curry & raita
